Skip the queue.

Your place in the queue is held. Wait wherever you like, and your phone shows when the counter is ready.

Scan the QR on your slip, here or with your phone camera. Can’t scan it? Type the link printed under it to see how many people are ahead of you.

Get the WaitWise iPhone app through SideStore. Android is coming soon; until then your slip’s link opens in any phone browser.

Three steps, and the middle one is the point.

Take a token
Book one on your phone after signing in, or pick up a slip at the reception desk.
Wait anywhere
Your place is held, not your seat. Sit anywhere, step out for tea, keep your phone on you.
Get called
Your status page updates live, and the waiting-room TV shows which counter to go to.

How do I take a token?

Open the app, pick a service, and tap "Take a token". You get a real queue number and a QR-code slip right away -- no paperwork.

How do I check my live status?

Your token's own page updates live: your number, how many people are ahead of you, and an estimated wait. Use "Scan QR" on the landing page to jump straight to your slip's page by scanning its code.

I have a paper ticket from the walk-in desk -- can I track it in the app?

Yes. Enter the ticket code in the app to claim it. The phone number on the ticket has to match the phone number on your account, or the claim is refused.

Can I book a doctor's slot in advance instead of walking in?

Yes, as a paid appointment. Booking holds your slot for 10 minutes and mints your queue number immediately, so your place is fair even before payment finishes -- it just isn't confirmed until you pay.
